UX design for a multi-tenant Exhibitor Platform at RAI Amsterdam, an exhibition and conference centre welcoming 1.5 million visitors annually.

The project
I supervised the design process and translated the outcomes into an immediately deployable minimum viable product with support for multiple tenants.
Together with the development team, I created a scalable Exhibitor Platform that guides exhibitors through the critical steps of preparing for an event as efficiently and clearly as possible. The central portal brings all services together, allowing exhibitors to arrange everything needed for their participation.
